INFO: Our Recruitment Process

1. Player Shows Interest in Persistence:
Well if you weren’t interested, I would imagine that you wouldn’t be here.

2. Submit an application:
If you do not have a Guildlaunch account you can fill out a guild application and sign up for a Guildlaunch account at the same time. Your application will automatically be posted in the Public>Applicants forum where our members and you yourself can ask additional questions. This is also useful for us as an impromptu “Hi, how do you do.”

NOTE: Please verify that your app was submited and posted. You will see it in the Applicants thread. I've been reading on the Guildlaunch forums where other guilds were having issues with people's guild apps not properly being submitted.

3. Your candidacy will be considered.
Once your application is posted, you must next take the initiative to get in contact with either Dyaxler, Rustin, Merovingiann, or Aisllyn in game or on the boards to arrange a meeting on Ventrilo. This meeting is a way for us to get to know you a little better and allows you and us to ask direct questions and to see if our personalities mesh well. We are a very tight knit group and are very careful who we invite into our little world so we are very interested in learning a little more about you as a person & player during the interview than we would already be able to tell from your app or armory link.

After the Ventrilo meeting we will decide whether to extend an official guild invite. WE MAY NEED SOME ADDITIONAL TIME to discuss our meeting amongst ourselves before ultimately making a decision to extend an invitation. Please don't take this personally; we sometimes have vent chats while we are in the middle of doing other in-game things, and might need to table your application for a short time until we can give all things their due consideration. After the Ventrilo chat, your application will be either approved or denied on the boards.

If you are approved, please get in touch with us as soon as you are able in-game for a guild invite.

5. Initiate phase:
The Initiate phase of membership provides you and the guild the opportunity to discover if you truly are a good fit. Initiate status does not guarantee membership in the guild. Initiates have full access to the guild boards, are welcome to participate in raids and earn full DKP, and are able to participate in guild chat and guild events; however, Initiates are not Full Members and can be removed from the guild at any time, and for any reason.

5. Promotion!
Once the Initiate phase of fourteen (14) days is complete, the officers will vote on whether or not to promote you to Full Member.
